JY-V640 Series reader compliant with world semi standards, It is an RFID system specially developed for the semiconductor manufacturing industry. The working frequency is 134.2KHz and the HDX half-duplex data transmission mode is adopted. It supports standard industrial semiconductor SECS protocol and Modbus RTU protocol, and can configure parameters through the host computer software, which is convenient for users to directly set the working mode, communication rate and device address. The reader integrates the radio frequency part of the communication protocol. The user only needs to send and receive data through the RJ45/RS232/RS485 communication interface to complete the reading and writing operation of the tag. There is no need to understand the complex radio frequency communication protocol.  It support the IO signal of external photoelectric switch to trigger card reading.

JY-V640 series readers are compatible with CID carriers produced by TI, with excellent read/write reliability and environmental resistance, and come with 64-level auto-tuning circuit, which is a semiconductor that requires high production efficiency and cleaning resistance. Manufacturing workshop, which has a wide range of application value and can be seamlessly integrated into existing semiconductor production equipment.
